WHERE DO YOU SHIP?
The shipping is made from Madrid, Spain where i live and is listed only for Europe area countries.
I DON'T LIKE THE PIECE, CAN I RETURN IT?
You can, in an delay of 30 days, return shipping will be at your own costs. Refund will provided with your method of payment.
If it’s not sent yet (i usually ship in the next 2 days) , write me an email to cancel your purchase, i will send a refund with your method of payment. if you’re not sure about the purchase, If you need more photos, or videos, details etc, write me via the contact or by email, so i can provide it to you.
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY ORDER TO ARRIVE?
Depending on your location/country, it can take to same day/d+1 for Madrid (courier), few days (for Spain), and to a week (Europe) . There is a tracking number in the second mail you'll receive once the package is shipped. Note that for international shipping, custom taxes may apply and are on your responsability.
WHY ARE THE JEWELLERY PENDANTS SOLD WITHOUT CHAINS/CORD?
I prefer to let each one chose his own with my pendants, & let the freedom to style it your way, whether it's with a chain, a fabric, or leather cord! have fun!
THERE IS COLORS CHANGES ON THE PIECES AND/OR SOME INSIDE MARK ON THE RING, WHY?
Ceramic glazes are complex in itself, it is a chemical reaction that occur in the kiln, & colors may vary in one single piece, have different shades & tones, we always embrace it!
The mark you can see inside the ring, in the bottom, is because i glaze the inside of the rings for better comfort while using earthenware, as they are glazed on the inside, they need to be suspended on a thin metal stick, this tiny part need to stay unglazed otherwhise it will stick to the metal. As the metal create dark ashes sometimes, you can see tiny black dots on light colors, it's handmade & we embrace the process!
